To add a domain in Plesk, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your Plesk control panel using your username and password. The login URL for Plesk is typically in the format https://yourdomain.com:8443 or https://youripaddress:8443. Replace “yourdomain.com” or “youripaddress” with your actual domain name or server IP address.
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the Plesk dashboard. From the dashboard, locate and click on the “Domains” or “Websites & Domains” option. This may vary depending on the Plesk version and interface theme

- On the “Domains” or “Websites & Domains” page, click on the “Add Domain” or “Add Website” button. This will open the domain creation form.
- There will be small windows appear choose the way to create website click on required option
- In the domain creation form, enter the following information:
- If You have a Registed domain click on Registred domain name Tab
- If you dont have domain create a temporary domain by click on Temporary Domain name
- Registred Domain name: Enter the domain name you want to add (e.g., example.com).
- Webspace : This will be your primary domain
- Hosting type: Choose the appropriate hosting type based on your requirements, such as “Website hosting”, “Forwarding”, or “No hosting”.
- Document root (optional): If you selected “Website hosting” as the hosting type, you can specify the document root directory where the website files will be stored. By default, Plesk will create a directory based on the domain name within the default location.
- Preferred domain (optional): If you have multiple domain variations (e.g., example.com and www.example.com), you can select the preferred domain that you want to use.
- Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on the “OK” or “Apply” button to create the domain in Plesk.
- Plesk will create the domain and configure the necessary settings. Once the process is complete, you will see the newly added domain listed on the “Domains” or “Websites & Domains” page.
