How to Add Signature to your Webmail Account via cPanel?

An email signature serves as your digital business card, adding a professional touch to your communications.

Login to your cpanel account.

In the email section, click on email accounts.

         Find the email account you want to add a signature to.

Click on “Check Email” next to the account. This will take you to the Webmail login page.


4. Click on settings icon

5. Click “Identities” in the Settings menu >> Find the “Signature” box >> Type or paste your signature.

6. Click “Save.”
