How Can I Monitor the Sent/Received Status of Emails in cPanel?

This interface shows a report on the delivery of email messages from your account. This interface also allows you to track an email’s delivery path. Finding delivery issues can be done by following the route.

  1. Login to your cpanel.
  2. Go to the emails section and click on the track delivery option.
  1. Now, the Track delivery page will open. Here, scroll down and check the boxes: Show Success, Show Failures and Show In-progress.
  1. Now, Click on the icon “i” which is under the “Actions” column.
